Maybe you are a football player that want’s to be stronger and faster, a office worker finally tired of back pain, and getting winded after simple activities, a young man or woman who needs to increase their fitness before joining the Army, a seasoned football player who wants the athletic ability he had 20 years ago.

This training is not for everybody, I only take in people who want to completely transform their fitness and well being, people that want to learn the right way to train, and want their bodies to move strongly and without pain or injury.
