Saturday Conditioning

I love physical training, It is my passion both personal and professional.

I am lucky to be able to live my dream as a personal trainer!

On Saturdays I like to get some clients together and offer a free conditioning workout, the best part is that I get to join them (this is when they get to push me)!

Here is what we did:

4 Rounds of:

  • 10 Sandbag shoulders
  • 5 zercher squats (with a log or sandbag), walk 30m, 5 zercher squats, walk 30m back
  • 15 seconds Battle Rope

3 Rounds Prowler Pushes:

  • 30m high push, 30m low

Complete rest between sets
