FULL APRIL 2017 TRAINING PROGRAM

DAY 1 FOCUS:
• Start: Bench for building control and power. Deadlifts or strict pull-up
• Option 1: Heavy FP, rows for back strength and bullet proofing, negatives for the shoulders
• Option 2: Full body conditioning
• Finish Option 1: Self determined gun selection
• Finish Option 2: anti-rotation and flexion core work

DAY 2 FOCUS:
• Start: Squats for Strength or front/high bar squat for thigh and core activation. Hollow body hold for better core activation while lifting
• Option 1: Racked/barbell lunges, glute and hamstring abuse, core destruction
• Option 2: Approachable yet brutal leg work
• Finish 1: Core work
• Finish 2: Conditioning
• Finish 3: Farmers walks

Day 3 FOCUS:
• Start Option 1: OH press or incline bench. OH SHIT LEGS! Step ups or trap bar deadlifts
• Option 1: Super hard push-ups, wide grip back work, controlled shoulder isolation work
• Option 2: Calisthenic fun
• Option 3: Good times with full body work
• Finish 1: core or arms
