AUGUST 2018 TRAINING PROGRAM

DAY 1 FOCUS:
• Start: Bench or Incline bench. Advanced Pullups for the skill and muscle challenge
• Option 1: Strength and muscle building, high tension, high intensity
• Option 2: Graded challenge for conditioning, and leaning out
• Finish 1: Oblique dominant core finish
• Finish 2: Chest and arm burnout

DAY 2 FOCUS:
• Start: Squats and single leg RDLs for hamstring and hip balance
• Option 1: Hip Raises and farmers walks for glutes, hamstrings, back and core
• Option 2: Racekd lunges and Sleds, for muscle building, core strength, and conditioning
• Finish 1 : Core burnout

Day 3 FOCUS:
• Start Option 1: Deadlifts and floor presses
• Start Option 2: Atlas stone or tire flips, Overhead press, less reps, more weight
• Option 1: Shoulder and back building and bullet proofing, chest work
• Option 2: Athletic body weight conditioning
• Finish 1: Shoulder and arm burnout
• Finish 2: Core coordination and stability building
