FULL DECEMBER 2017 TRAINING PROGRAM

DAY 1 FOCUS:
• Start: Bench or Block bench for adding weight to your lift. Concentrated rows
• Option 1: Muscle building for chest, back, shoulders, and core
• Option 2: Seemingly crazy conditioning work, it goes much smoother than you think it will!
• Finish 1: Wonderful core work
• Finish 2: Arm, and shoulder strength

DAY 2 FOCUS:
• Start: Squats or front squats, Kb swing for hip speed and power development
• Option 1: 1.5 squats and back extensions...get ready for a good time
• Option 2: Posterior chain (whole back of body) work, and quad isolation
• Option 3: Far, far too many squats
• Finish 1 : Heavy core work
• Finish 2 : Distance sled conditioning burn out

Day 3 FOCUS:
• Start: Overhead press, one arm ring rows for strength and stability
• Option 1: One arm floor press, and banded rows
• Finish 1: Multi-angle and movement arm finish
• Finish 2: Fun (for me) push up finish
