FULL FEBRUARY 2018 TRAINING PROGRAM

DAY 1 FOCUS:
• Start: Bench And Alternating rows build that back and core strength
• Option 1: Get strong, and more skilled
• Option 2: Walks and squats. Simple movements to burn all the fat and build conditioning
• Finish 1: Dynamic oblique work, isolated six pack work
• Finish 2: Biceps isolation and tricep building

DAY 2 FOCUS:
• Start: Squats and jumps for power development
• Option 1: One exercise, decent weight, 50 reps
• Option 2: Back and butt for reps, thighs and hips for reps
• Finish 1 : Solid core work

Day 3 FOCUS:
• Start: Overhead press, band or cable rows
• Option 1: Push up, pull up, overhead press, choose your reps. Approachable to insane rep ranges
• Finish 1: Arm and core finisher
• Finish 2: Kettle bell conditioning burnout
