FULL JANUARY-FEBRUARY 2017 TRAINING PROGRAM

DAY 1 FOCUS:
• Start: Bench or top banded bench for speed and power with lots of weight. Deadlifts or weighted pull-ups
• Option 1: Muscle building and thickness building for back, shoulders and chest
• Option 2: Ascending-descending ladder conditioning round
• Finish Option 1: ARMS!
• Finish Option 2: Core activation and strengthening

DAY 2 FOCUS:
• Start: Squat and jumps for speed and power
• Option 1: More glorious squats, glute and hamstring work, sexy ab work
• Finish 1: Lots of reps for your core
• Finish 2: Pure conditioning and fatloss (speed run or speed sled), leg burnout and conditioning (heavy sled, Incline run)

Day 3 FOCUS:
• Start Option 1: OH press or incline bench for those sweet angles. Chin ups or overhead squat for athletic development
• Option 1: Advanced push up, back thickness, shoulder isolation
• Option 2: Calisthenic fun
• Option 3: Simple body weight movements with TONS of reps
• Finish: Arms or Core
