DAY 1 FOCUS:
• Start: Bench and Deadlift split
• Option 1: Muscle building 3 option dumbbell bench, shoulder and back intensive
• Option 2:Multi movement conditioning
• Finish Option 1: High rep arm work
• Finish Option 2: Total pull up or total row challenge

DAY 2 FOCUS:
• Start: Squats for Strength, seated box squat for form and position work. Kettle bell swing
• Option 1: Overhead Carry, explosive sled rows
• Option 2: Butt and single leg work, overhead carry
• Finish: Hanging core finish

Day 3 FOCUS:
• Start: Kettle Bell or Dumbbell overhead press. Kettle bell row for back work
• Option 1: Repetition chest, shoulder and back work
• Option 2: Calisthenics
• Option 3: Sled and medicine ball conditioning
