JULY 2018 TRAINING PROGRAM

DAY 1 FOCUS:
• Start: Bench or Incline bench. Swan pullups or dead lifts
• Option 1: Athletic Muscle building for chest, back, shoulders, and core. Aggressive, but good.
• Option 2: Full body conditioning with the bear complex
• Finish 1: Wood chops and Ab wheel
• Finish 2: Shoulder, middle back, and arm finish

DAY 2 FOCUS:
• Start: Squats or mid paused squats (oh my), Box jumps for power development
• Option 1: Overhead squats and Farmers walks
• Option 2: Front squats and sleds
• Finish 1 : Lateral leg raises and heels to heavens (core)

Day 3 FOCUS:
• Start Option 1: Deads and planche pushups
• Start Option 2: Atlas stone or tire flips, Overhead press
• Option 1: Cleans to Overhead Press (kb, db, or bb), HAF overhead walks
• Option 2: Athletic body weight conditioning
• Finish 1: Bicep and tricep burnout
• Finish 2: Core coordination, strength and stability
