DAY 1 FOCUS:
• Start: Bench and Deadlift split
• Option 1: Muscle building multi-angle dumbbell bench, explosive pull up
• Option 2:High repetition kettle bell and bodyweight conditioning
• Finish Option 1: High rep arm work

DAY 2 FOCUS:
• Start: Squats for Strength and Form/Band loaded squats for speed and better bracing. Plyometric jumps for speed and reaction time
• Option 1: Offset carries for strength, work capacity, and core stability. Sleds
• Option 2: Offset carries for strength, work capacity, and core stability, Single leg for strength, focused butt work
• Finish: Core Finish

Day 3 FOCUS:
• Start: Overhead press. Neutral grip pull ups
• Option 1: Focused shoulder and back work
• Option 2: Carry and farmers walk conditioning
• Finish: Core work
