• Start: Bench with a deadly repetition finish . Deadlifts or explosive pull-ups
• Option 1: High tension incline bench, heavy farmers for back and traps, advanced pushups
• Option 2: High intensity conditioning
• Finish Option 1: Good time arms
• Finish Option 2: Solid core work
• Finish Option 3: Arm and shoulder killer

DAY 2 FOCUS:
• Start: Squats, high repetition finish
• Option 1: Go heavy, love the results, hate me
• Option 2: Move fast, carry heavy stuff. Loss weight, get conditioned
• Finish 1: Abs like Adonis

Day 3 FOCUS:
• Start Option 1: Strongman style work
• Start Option 2: Dynamic kettle bell use
• Option 1: Carry time, stabilize the shoulders, back and shoulder muscles, get better conditioned
• Option 2: Classic heavy upper body work
• Finish 1: Curls and pushups burnout
