FULL JUNE 2018 TRAINING PROGRAM

DAY 1 FOCUS:
• Start: Bench or Pause bench for adding weight to your lift. Chest supported roes
• Option 1: Muscle building for chest, back, shoulders, and core, presses, bodyweight pulls, carrys
• Option 2:Stability and control core work, heavy pull up variations
• Finish 1: Core work building off of option 2
• Finish 2: Arm, and shoulder strength

DAY 2 FOCUS:
• Start: Squats or bottom paused squats,Lunge jump for athleticism and power development
• Option 1: Overhead squats and sleds
• Option 2: Posterior chain (whole back of body) work, and weighted core stability and strength work
• Finish 1 : Offset carry for strength and bullet proofing, oblique work

Day 3 FOCUS:
• Start Option 1: Deads and Dips
• Start Option 2: Atlas stone or tire flips, Overhead press
• Option 1: Cleans to front squats (kb, db, or bb), HAF Farmers walks
• Option 2: Sled (running) and exercise bike conditioning rounds
• Finish 1: Chest and arm burnout
• Finish 2: Ab wheel and advanced planks for core strength and stability
