MAY 2018 TRAINING PROGRAM

DAY 1 FOCUS:
• Start: Standard bench. Croc Rows for a super strong back, Or Deadlifts
• Option 1: Athletic strength training, cleans, crawls and carry's
• Option 2: DB Work for chest strength, controlled Pull Ups, and Ball Push Ups for shoulder strength and health as well as core stability
• Finish: Dynamic Situps, lateral core stability, and burn out Push Ups

DAY 2 FOCUS:
• Start: Squats for Strength. One Hand Kettle bell swing for power and core control
• Option 1: One hand racked BSS for massive core stability and leg strength, sleds for strength, conditioning, and power
• Option 2:Walking lunges for leg strength body stability and control, Hamstring and back work, stabilizing and deep strengthening core work
• Finish: Carry variations for dynamic core control and strength

Day 3 FOCUS:
• Start: Overhead press for shoulder love. Atlas stones for back legs and core, or Heavy Barbell rows for back
• The Only Option: Ladders of body weight pushes, pulls and ab work
• Finish 1: Arm and chest work
