DAY 1 FOCUS:
• Start: Bench, chin ups
• Option 1: Core focused rows, one arm overhead press, shoulder bullet proofing and heavy presses
• Option 2: A favorite new conditioning round of mine
• Finish 1: Advanced core movements
• Finish 2: Back and arm burnouts
• Finish 3: Simple core movements

DAY 2 FOCUS:
• Start: Squats, box jump for power development and body control
• Option 1: Whole back of body training, hip and single leg strength and stability
• Option 2: Squats and carrys
• Option 3: Deadlifts and core
• Finish 1 : Core work
• Finish 2 : Conditioning burn out

Day 3 FOCUS:
• Start: Incline pressing, strong one arm rows
• Option 1: Carrying, bodyweight tricep training, core solidification
• Finish 1: Varied repetition curls
• Finish 2: TRX core work
