DAY 1 FOCUS:
• Start: Bench, or a high block bench to work through sticking points. Pendalay to make your back strong, and your muscles gloriously responsive
• Option 1: Bodyweight (weighted if able) and dumbbell work
• Option 2: Ladder conditioning
• Finish 1: Advanced core movements
• Finish 2: Arms
• Finish 3: Simple core movements

DAY 2 FOCUS:
• Start: Squats, or front squats. Kettlebell swings to make your hips work better
• Option 1: Single leg hip and glute building, heavy sled push (or incline run)
• Option 2: Hip, glute and hamstring mastery
• Option 3: Deadlifts or hip raise and box jumps
• Finish 1 : Core work

Day 3 FOCUS:
• Start: Presses and rows!
• Option 1: CARRY STUFF, curl more stuff, carry stuff in one arm
• Finish 1: Varied repetition curls
• Finish 2: TRX core work
