SUMMER 2017 JACKED AND LEAN TRAINING PROGRAM

DAY 1 FOCUS:
• Start: Bench, or Incline bench. Step for legs, Ab wheel for core
• Option 1: One hell of a great carry complex to burn fat, build muscle, and make you awesome
• Finish 1: Fun arm work and lateral core work

DAY 2 FOCUS:
• Start: Squats. Shoulder presses
• Option 1: A ton of great core work
• Finish 1 : Lower body burn out

Day 3 FOCUS:
• Start: Distance carry for stability, strength, and conditioning. Weighted (if able) pushup, bodyweight row or pull up. All this is made to break you down, so you can get more resilient and stronger.
• Option 1: Floor press for chest and triceps, Bulgarian split squat for legs, sled push for spite
• Finish 1: Curls and pushups burnout
