APRIL 2017 TRAINING PROGRAM

DAY 2 FOCUS:
• Start: Squats for Strength or front/high bar squat for thigh and core activation. Hollow body hold for better core activation while lifting
• Option 1: Racked/barbell lunges, glute and hamstring abuse, core destruction
• Option 2: Approachable yet brutal leg work
• Finish 1: Core work
• Finish 2: Conditioning
• Finish 3: Farmers walks
