AUGUST 2017 TRAINING PROGRAM

DAY 1 FOCUS:
• Start: Bench, or Overhead press, chest supported row to bullet proff your back
• Option 1: A mix of classic and odd object pressing, and chin ups
• Option 2: Simple aggressive movements to burn fat and build conditioning
• Finish 1: Shoulder and core
• Finish 2: Pure core
