GOOD FOR:
• Learning how to do the Back Extension
• Strengthening Your hamstrings and lower back

COACHING POINTS:
• Brace with your abs to keep your back from arching
• Bend at the hips to extend down
• Pull first with your butt (glutes), then with your hamstrings, then your back
• Extend up as far as you can without arching your back

AVOID:
• Arching your back
