GOOD FOR:
• Learning how to do the Banded Row
• Strengthening your back while maintaining a strong brace
• High repetition finishers

COACHING POINTS:
• Shoulder width leg stance
• Abs and butt tight, flat back
• Pull the weight in line with your belly button, and squeeze your lat
• Pull your shoulder blade into your spine
• Control the descent to start position

AVOID:
• Jerking the band
• Leaning your body away from the press
