BEAR CRAWL

GOOD FOR:
• Learning how to do a Bear Crawl
• Gaining body control
• Coordinating the upper body and lower body

COACHING POINTS:
• Keep your spine (back) flat
• Relax your neck
• Think about diagonals
• Right foot, left hand. Right hand, left food
• Be smooth

AVOID:
• Raising the butt too high and loosing your flat back
• Pulling your feet to high
• Moving the right foot and right hand at the same time (same for left)
