This is your entry level, never started a real gym training session program. In 6 weeks you will be proficient, safe and comfortable with all the basic lifts
This program is designed to teach you how to squat, lunge, do pushups, pullups, rows, bench press, overhead press, and hip hinge. In short, all the basic movement patterns you will use the rest of your life, both in, and out of the gym.
HOW IT IS DONE:
Weeks 1-3: All the basic movement patterns, reinforced every training session.
Weeks 4-6: Building complexity on the basic movement patterns, reinforcing the lessons of the first 3 weeks. Barbell lifting is introduced.
Next program: Start on the Monthly programs, weight loss or hypertophy programs.
