• Learning how to do the Behind Neck Pull Up
• Increasing back strength
• Increasing arm strength
• Strengthening your shoulders in advanced range of motion

COACHING POINTS:
• Start in a dead hang
• Retract scapula as you start the pull up
• Raise Chest
• Start Pull with the back, THEN use the Arms
• As you pull push your neck and chest forward as a unit
• Consistent speed all the way down

AVOID:
• Rounding Shoulders
• Loosing contact with your back
• Pushing just your neck forward
• Tightening your neck
