COACHING POINTS:
• Pull from the low center of your shoulder blades
• Pull wide
• Pull your shoulders blades toward your butt
• Pull your shoulders together like you are crushing a pencil put between them
• The bar path is between your belly button and hips

AVOID:
• Rounding shoulders
• Pulling fast
• Adding too much weight
