GOOD FOR:
• Learning how to do the Zottman Curl
• Getting jacked arms
• Arm hypertrophy
• Building the forearms and biceps

COACHING POINTS:
• Always start with a slight elbow bend
• Lock your shoulders in place by a slight squeeze in the lats
• Curl all the way up
• Rotate the dumbbells so your palms are facing away from you
• Count of four on the way down

AVOID:
• Rounding shoulders
• Lowering the weight quickly
• Straight arms
