DAY 2 FOCUS:
• Start: Squats or front squats, Kb swing for hip speed and power development
• Option 1: 1.5 squats and back extensions...get ready for a good time
• Option 2: Posterior chain (whole back of body) work, and quad isolation
• Option 3: Far, far too many squats
• Finish 1 : Heavy core work
• Finish 2 : Distance sled conditioning burn out
