DECEMBER 2020 DAY 1: UPPER

DAY 1 FOCUS:

• Primary Option 1: Start: Weighted Pull-Up to per-engage the lats, followed by pressing

• Secondary Option 1: Dips and Heavy Push-Ups, Pendlay Row for the brace and back strength, hammer curls and core work.

• Core Finish 1:
Bicycle situps and weighted sit ups

 
Upper Body Finish 2:
Curls and triceps extensions, simple, so focus on the movement.
