DECEMBER 2020 DAY 2: LOWER

DAY 2 FOCUS:

• Primary Option 1:
Cluster, or 531. We have been putting our more experienced lifters on 531 percentages for the last 6 months. As long as they are sticking TIGHT to their percentages all their lifts are getting much better. Bird Dogs to coordinate the body.

• Secondary Option 1:
Rep out challenge with a moderate weight. Pick a squat or deadlift, that you can do 8-10 solid reps on, then do a total of 50 reps over several sets.


• Core Finish 1:
2 minute side planks
