COACHING POINTS:
• Always start with a slight elbow bend
• Lock your shoulders in place by a slight squeeze in the lats
• Hold the middle bar
• Rotate your pinky finger into every curl
• Curl all the way up

AVOID:
• Rounding shoulders
• Lowering the weight quickly
• Straight arms
