COACHING POINTS:
• Hands slightly pointed out
• Hands a bit past shoulder width apart
• Start with your butt high and back
• Push yourself into a push up position
• Squeeze your whole upper body to push yourself back to start position

AVOID:
• Rounding shoulders
• Dropping to the ground quickly
• Dropping your hips
