• Learning how to do a Hip Raise
• Increasing hamstring and glute strength
• Getting powerful hips!
• Building that booty

COACHING POINTS:
• Pull your hips forwards into a neutral position
• Push your knees out a bit, keep your toes straight
• Push up, AND Back
• Maintain tension up, and down
• Push hips up until they make a straight line with your shoulders

AVOID:
• Collapsing knees
• overextending the hips and creating back pain
