JANUARY 2018 TRAINING PROGRAM

DAY 1 FOCUS:
• Start: Bench And chin ups
• Option 1: Muscle building for Chest, shoulders, back and core
• Option 2: Walk for ages with heavy stuff!
• Finish 1: Suspension core work
• Finish 2: Biceps isolation and tricep burn

DAY 2 FOCUS:
• Start: Squats and lateral band walks for hip activation and knee stability
• Option 1: One exercise, decent weight, 50 reps
• Option 2: Single leg work and sleds
• Finish 1 : Heavy core work
• Finish 2 :TONS of reps for glutes and hamstrings

Day 3 FOCUS:
• Start: Overhead press, Tempo rows for control, activation and strength
• Option 1: Incline chest presses, One arm rows
• Finish 1: 50 rep arm burnout
• Finish 2: Fun time with pushups
