DAY 1 FOCUS:
• Start: Bench or top banded bench for speed and power with lots of weight. Deadlifts or weighted pull-ups
• Option 1: Muscle building and thickness building for back, shoulders and chest
• Option 2: Ascending-descending ladder conditioning round
• Finish Option 1: ARMS!
• Finish Option 2: Core activation and strengthening
