DAY 2 FOCUS:
• Start: Squats or bottom paused squats,Lunge jump for athleticism and power development
• Option 1: Overhead squats and sleds
• Option 2: Posterior chain (whole back of body) work, and weighted core stability and strength work
• Finish 1 : Offset carry for strength and bullet proofing, oblique work
