GOOD FOR:

• Strengthening your weighted Hip Hinge
• Coordinating your upper and lower body
• Building Power
 
COACHING POINTS:
• Brace with your abs
• Hip hinge down
• Maintain a slightly bent arm, pulling the KB into you with your lat
• Drive through hamstrings and glutes to push the kettle bell up
• Pull the KB toward you, and let it slide down into your palm
• Catch the descent in your hip hinge
 
AVOID:
• Swinging the KB over your nose
• Catching the weight on your arm (bruising it)
