COACHING POINTS:
• Shoulder width leg stance, hips and hamstrings holding the load
• Abs and butt tight, flat back
• Pull your shoulder blade down toward your butt, and into your spine
• Pull the weight into your hip, and squeeze your lat
• Control the descent to bottom position
AVOID:
• Leaning your body away from the press
• Loosing your tension point at the bottom of the lift
• Keeping the weight loaded in your LOWER back
• Pulling with your upper traps, think middle back
