COACHING POINTS:
• Elbow on the ground, Lat tight
• Abs and butt tight as you raise up
• Stay in a straight a line as possible
• Tap floor
• Return to top tension position

AVOID:
• Twisting your body
• Relaxing your core when you tap the floor
• Loosing back tension
