DAY 2 FOCUS:
• Start: Squats for Strength or high box squat for loving the weights. Kettle bell swing
for speed and power generation
• Option 1: Racked lunges, glute and hamstring abuse
• Option 2: Tabata conditioning. GO STRONG on this
• Finish 1: Oblique punishment and ab wheel
