MARCH 2017 TRAINING PROGRAM

DAY 1 FOCUS:
• Start: Chest paused bench for building control and power or incline bench. Deadlifts or weighted pull-up
• Option 1: Fun repetition scheme for DB bench, regression pull-up movement, shoulder isolation
• Option 2: Super fun conditioning working core stability, speed, and mental toughness
• Finish Option 1: Super high repetition arm work
• Finish Option 2: High repetition core work

DAY 2 FOCUS:
• Start: Squats for Strength or high box squat for loving the weights. Kettle bell swing
for speed and power generation
• Option 1: Racked lunges, glute and hamstring abuse
• Option 2: Tabata conditioning. GO STRONG on this
• Finish 1: Oblique punishment and ab wheel

Day 3 FOCUS:
• Start Option 1: OH press or high repetition bench. Back isolation and control or deceptively hard pull-ups
• Option 1: Super hard push-ups, one rows, high rep low joint impact shoulder presses
• Option 2: Calisthenic fun
• Option 3: So much volume, so much fun
• Finish 1: core or arms
