MAY 2016 TRAINING PROGRAM

DAY 1 FOCUS:
• Start : Bench and Deadlift split for strength and work capacity, Option 2: Bench and Dead Lift for strength and form focus
• Option 1: Alternating DB chest press for shoulder strength, and hypertrophy, HEAVY body weight pulls, dips, Advanced core work
• Option 2: Kettle bell and bodyweight conditioning
• Finish Option 1: High rep arm work
• Finish Option 2: High rep single exercise core finish
• Finish Option 3: Insane 100 rep bench and row finish
