• Start: Bench with a deadly repetition finish . Deadlifts or explosive pull-ups
• Option 1: Ring push-ups, negative pull ups or rows, EVEN MORE push-ups
• Option 2: Unorthodox sled conditioning
• Finish Option 1: Good time arms
• Finish Option 2: Solid core work
