COACHING POINTS:
• Hands In line with your shoulders or a little bit in
• Set your shoulders in position
• BRACE HARD
• HOLD your shoulder position on the way up, and down

AVOID:
• Rounding shoulders
• Dropping to the ground quickly
• Loosing your hip brace, especially on the way up
