NEUTRAL BOX SQUAT/ 90 DEGREE BOX SQUAT

• Learning how to do the Squat, and all variations of the Box Squat
• Strengthening your whole lower body
• Learning proper depth for squatting
• Finding your tensions position for regular squats

COACHING POINTS:
• Brace with your abs
• Brace with the back
• Neutral is your femur in line with your knee at the bottom of the lift
• Pull yourself down to the box, sit with FULL CONTACT
• Drive Off the box as hard as you can after a full second of contact
• STRESS AGAIN! Drive from the bottom as HARD as you can

AVOID:
• Just tapping your butt on the box
• Knees collapsing when you drive off the box
• Tipping forward from the bottom
• Being too high Or too low
