NOVEMBER 2020 UPPER BODY

DAY 1 FOCUS:

• Primary Option 1: Start: Weighted Pull-Up to per-engage the lats, followed by pressing

• Secondary Option 1: Barbell bench press with a 4 week descending rep scheme to encourage an increase in weights with good form, Top Pause Row for strength and muscle engagement, DB Clean for power and shoulder development. DB Or Band Shoulder Press.

• Core Finish 1:
Double Roman Chair Press for core stability and hypertrophy, Weighted V-Sit up

 
Upper Body Finish 2:
Ring Rows and Push-Ups
