GOOD FOR:
• Learning how to do the Row and its variations
• Strengthening your back while maintaining a strong brace

COACHING POINTS:
• Shoulder width leg stance, one leg back
• Abs and butt tight, flat back
• Pull the weight into your hip, and squeeze
• Pull your shoulder blade into your spine
• Control the descent to bottom position

AVOID:
• Dropping your elbows
• Leaning your body away from the press
• Loosing your tension point at the bottom of the lift
