ONE HAND THIGH TAP PUSH UP

GOOD FOR:
• Learning how to do a Planche Push Up
• Putting on muscle and strengthening your joints
• Building basic body weight strength and core control

COACHING POINTS:
• Hands slightly pointed out
• Hands a bit past shoulder width apart
• BRACE HARD, abs, and thighs
• As you push up raise right arm and tap your right knee (next rep left side)
• KEEP your core STRAIGHT
• Keep your body over your arms

AVOID:
• Rounding shoulders
• Dropping to the ground quickly
• Dropping your hips
•Twisting your hips
