OVERHEAD KETTLE BELL SQUAT

GOOD FOR:
• Learning how to do the Overhead Squat
• Coordinating and strengthening the upper and lower body
• Stabilizing and strengthening the shoulders

COACHING POINTS:
• Brace with your abs
• Brace with the upper back
• Press the kettle bells overhead to full lock out
• Keep your wrists straight
• Squat while keeping the arms overhead, a little bit back, and perfectly straight elbows

AVOID:
• Dropping your elbows
• Letting your hands go in front of your shoulders
• Loosing your brace
