GOOD FOR:
• Learning how to do the Pissing dog
• Coordinating your lower body with your upper body
• Learning how to maintain a proper hip brace and knee alignment under load

COACHING POINTS:
• Shoulder width leg stance
• Abs and butt tight, flat back as you lean forward
• Rotate hip and leg only as high as proper knee alignment allows
• On ground foot keep your knee over your toe at ALL TIMES

AVOID:
• Knee collapse
• Rotating too high
• Being too upright
