GOOD FOR:
• Learning how to do the Plank, and its variations
• Strengthening the core
• Gaining body control

COACHING POINTS:
• Elbow on the ground, tension in your lats
• Abs and butt tight as you raise up
• Stay in a straight a line as possible
• Pull your pelvis forward
• Pull your elbows towards your hips to create the brace

AVOID:
• Collapsing your back or raising it to high
• Clasping your hands
