GOOD FOR:
• Learning how to do the Posterior Delt Raise
• Strengthening the Deltoids
• Isolation work in the shoulders

COACHING POINTS:
• Bend forward slightly or full hip hinge (personal preference)
• Slightly bent elbows
• Pull through the shoulders to raise the weights
• End when you cannot get any higher

AVOID:
• Throwing the weights up, control up, control down always
• Pulling with your trapezius muscles (neck)
• Neck Tension
• Tipping your hands forwards as your pull back
